Welcome Letter from the President
Dear Mountaineers,
My name is Timothy Casten, your new President of the Central Virginia WVU Alumni Chapter. We are rebuilding our chapter and setting a clear, simple path to participate: attend a game watch, volunteer for a service project, and invite one fellow Mountaineer to join you.
Our goals for this year are straightforward: consistent game watches, a revitalized scholarship effort, and a calendar of family-friendly events across Central Virginia. With your help we will grow membership, raise our profile, and support WVU students from our region.
If you can host or help, email me at tcasten@gmail.com. Let’s make it easy, welcoming, and fun to be part of this community. Let’s Go!
— Timothy Casten, President
